Penile necrosis is rare condition that may be associated with priapism, Fournier's syndrome, trauma, application of tight band around the penis, penile surgery and Wegener's granulomatosis. Only 2 cases have been reported in the literature after
penile
prosthesis implantation. We describe 3 additional cases of this complication of prosthesis implantation.
